I am so happy to receive your 14th instant letter. You wanted to know how I spent my summer vacation. I am writing it below. Due to the summer holidays, our school was closed for about a month. I left the hostel and returned home. This vacation I tried to improve my knowledge of my school subject. For just two days, I went to the nearest town to see my grandmother's house. Morning was the only time when I could read. Mid-day was very hot. Thus, study was not possible at that time. In the evening, I sang and played some indoor games. That way, I spend almost all the days of summer vacation.

You will be glad to know that I have enjoyed a natural scenery at Rangamati during the time of my last summer vacation. I would like to give you a short description of it. My elder sister invited me to go to her house. The natural scenery of Rangamati is very beautiful. There are many kinds of big trees in all the places. It is a shady and cool location. All the roads are zigzag and ups and downs. It is as like as a botanical garden. The rivers and canals are the special attraction to the people. There are many kinds of lakes in Rangamati. We made a journey by boat and bathed there.
Rangamati is a darling child of nature. Fruits of all kinds and vegetables are available there. Good-bye.
